Sparkling Hill Resort in Vernon may be the best spa facility in the province. Does it have the perfect room? The rooms are interesting with the bathroom and shower hiding behind a partial wall and a bathtub sitting right in the window. The rooms and finishings are very good and the views incredible. I didn't love the pillow top bed, found the top a bit too squishy for my liking.
But the spa is the thing. Every guest is welcome to use the pools and the saunas and this is the really cool part of the resort. There are 7 aromatherapy sauna and steam rooms; different temperatures suit almost anyone. Also showers with sound, scent and pulse adjustments. There's an indoor and an outdoor pool. The Kneipp water therapy is like walking a knee deep labyrinth of cool and warm water. This is suited to couples, families and groups.
